OUR VISION: The Foundation is the source of financial support beyond that provided by the city that will enable Lancaster’s Schreiner Memorial Library to fulfill its vision as “the community’s center for lifelong learning.”
OUR MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of the Foundation is to aid and support the Library in identifying opportunities to better meet the community’s needs for education, information, recreation, and culture, and to assist in and support the realization of those opportunities through contributions from the citizenry.
